A 4 day destination sea kayaking trip to Friday Harbor

With this great four day kayak trip we have virtually eliminated the need to travel to San Juan Island in order to go sea kayaking! We will help you paddle out there under your own power. With this four day trip you will get the San Juan Islands so far under your skin that you may not want to go home. This is certainly going to prove itself to be the most unique way to visit Friday Harbor.

Like all of our multi-day kayaking trips, this trip departs conveniently from Anacortes on Fidalgo Island. No muss, no fuss, no ferries. In fact, we can wave to the frustrated souls sitting in that huge line as we paddle by. Breathe in that salt air, listen to you paddle breaking the water, and think about how lucky you are. You'll already be deep into the San Juan Experience before many of them even get on the boat.

For the next four days we will set about to see all that we can as we make our way towards Friday Harbor. Our exact itinerary is never set in stone. We like to see what each day brings so that we can maximize our fun. It also eliminates the feeling that you are on some sort of cookie-cutter sea kayak tour. This is truly an expedition.

On the fourth day we will arrive on San Juan Island. At this point our guests are free to stay in Friday Harbor, or to explore San Juan Island on their own. Those that need to get back can catch the free ferry ride back to Anacortes.

This trip gives you the chance to paddle through the best of the San Juan Islands. You will get the opportunity to see more than many local residents ever experience.

Departs Sundays-Wednesdays, Monday-Thursdays (call for custom dates) There are still a few spots left for the July 21st departure!

Trips meet in Anacortes at 8:30 a.m. on the day of departure to check in and begin packing.

Return time varies, usually we will arrive in Eastsound in the afternoon with plenty of time to meet the ferry to Anacortes.

Although we will make every effort to successfully complete this trip, we are concerned with your safety first. If weather prevents us from making our destination you will be refunded the $50 surcharge we have added for this premium trip. Naturally, we will still provide you with an incredible experience.

Once you book a kayak tour with us we will run it, as long as weather conditions permit us to conduct a safe sea kayaking excursion.

On multi-day kayaking trips we do have a minimum of two people to run the trip, this is a matter of safety- not economics. Be wary of any outfitter making unreasonable claims of "no minimums", they may be taking a risk with your well being.
